Dr. Voci lives in Charlotte with her family and is honored to continue serving the community she has cared for throughout her career. Dr. Voci has treated patients across the full spectrum of breast disease – from newly diagnosed breast cancer and benign conditions to hereditary cancer risk assessment and lifetime surveillance planning. She is recognized for her ability to pair high-level surgical expertise with a calm, compassionate presence that helps patients feel genuinely informed, supported, and cared for.

Beyond the operating room, Dr. Voci has been actively involved in multidisciplinary breast cancer programs, physician education, and community outreach initiatives across the Carolinas. She has contributed to regional and national conversations in breast oncology and remains committed to evidence-based, patient-centered surgical practice.

Dr. Voci has been honored with multiple regional Top Doctor recognitions: a reflection not only of her surgical outcomes, but of the trust, accessibility, and continuity she consistently provides her patients.

Education & Memberships: Dr. Voci completed fellowship training at John Wayne Cancer Institute and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, following general surgery residency at the University of South Carolina. She is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and an active member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons and the Society of Surgical Oncology.
