Dr. Voci works closely with each patient to thoughtfully integrate their care into leading oncology teams and cancer centers throughout the Charlotte region – for chemotherapy, radiation, reconstruction, imaging, and survivorship. Every recommendation is tailored to the individual: their diagnosis, priorities, and personal preferences.

She spent 10 years at Levine Cancer Institute, one of the region's leading cancer programs, before founding Voci Breast Surgery to offer patients a more personalized and accessible surgical experience.
Known for combining advanced oncologic expertise with a deeply personalized approach to care, she has guided thousands of patients throughout the Charlotte region through some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
She founded Voci Breast Surgery to make expert breast cancer care more personal and accessible. Her practice is intentionally designed to prioritize timely appointments, direct physician involvement, and compassionate guidance, while maintaining close collaboration with trusted radiologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, reconstructive surgeons, and integrative specialists throughout the region.
